AHA PALS Instructor Course
Service Description
PALS Instructor Course Prerequisites: Step 1: Each Instructor Candidate (IC) is required to hold a provider card in any discipline they're wanting to teach. Before you start the instructor process with us, make sure you have the necessary cards. To start the process, please complete an AHA instructor candidate application, found on our website. We will collect it during your instructor course. Step 2: Before you begin, it is important to purchase the necessary instructor manuals and course videos. These are required by the AHA and it will not be possible to complete step 3 without having the instructor manuals. These can be purchased from the AHA shop at shopcpr.heart.org Step 3: Prior to completing your instructor course, each IC is required by the AHA to take an instructor essentials online course. This is a short online course that gets you familiar with the instructor materials prior to taking our instructor course(s).
