Required Course Paperwork

See below for a list of required paperwork for each type of course you can teach under the AHA. This is the paperwork that you'll have to upload into Enrollware prior to finalizing the class and sending cards to your students.

Required Paperwork by Course Type

We take pride in knowing that each instructor under our Site is not only ready to offer the highest quality education, but that they're compliant with all AHA requirements.

BLS

for a traditional BLS course (initial or renewal), the following paperwork must be uploaded into enrollware prior to finalizing roster and issuing cards to students:

1. Adult BLS Testing Checklist (using the traditional OR the continuous compression checklist)

2. Exam answer sheet with a passing score of 84% or higher (or documentation of remediation)

Heartcode BLS

for a Heartcode BLS course, the following paperwork must be uploaded into enrollware prior to finalizing roster and issuing cards to students:

1. Adult BLS Testing Checklist (using the traditional OR the continuous compression checklist)

2. Copy of Heartcode Completion Certificate

Heartsaver

For a Heartsaver course, there are several variations. The exam is optional for all Heartsaver courses unless the employer requests that their employees take a test, so the skills sheets are the only required uploads for Heartsaver.

Heartsaver CPR/AED (No first Aid):

Heartsaver First Aid CPR/AED:

Heartsaver Pediatric:

ACLS

for a traditional ACLS course (initial or renewal), the following paperwork must be uploaded into enrollware prior to finalizing roster and issuing cards to students:

1. Adult BLS Testing Checklist

2. Airway Management Testing Checklist

3. Megacode Testing Checklist (each student only needs one megacode)

4. Exam answer sheet with a passing score of 84% or higher (or documentation of remediation)

Heartcode ACLS

for Heartcode ACLS course, the following paperwork must be uploaded into enrollware prior to finalizing roster and issuing cards to students:

1. Adult BLS Testing Checklist

2. Megacode Testing Checklist (each student only needs one megacode)

3. Heartcode Completion Certificate

PALS

for a traditional PALS course (initial or renewal), the following paperwork must be uploaded into enrollware prior to finalizing roster and issuing cards to students:

1. Infant BLS Testing Checklist

2. Airway Management Testing Checklist

3. PALS Testing Checklists (each student needs 1 Respiratory, 1 shock, and 1 arrhythmia checklist)

2. Exam answer sheet with a passing score of 84% or higher (or documentation of remediation)

Heartcode PALS

for Heartcode PALS course, the following paperwork must be uploaded into enrollware prior to finalizing roster and issuing cards to students:

1. Infant BLS Testing Checklist

2. PALS Respiratory Scenario

3. PALS Shock Scenario

4. PALS Arrhythmia Scenario

5. Heartcode Completion Certificate
